A festive tipple

At LUX we were very excited to provide assistance with a Southbank installation festive project – the Carlsberg Christmas Tree. Working for design and event agency Kit & caboodle the team set about helping install this exciting project. This Christmas tree was based on London’s Southbank, just opposite the ITV buildings and by the OXO Tower. The tree stood tall at over 12 metres high and was adorned with gold and glittering baubles. In addition there were also white, branded Carlsberg baubles. In addition, the tree was also filled with twinkling fairy lights from top to bottom. At the base of the tree, passers by were encouraged to pull a pint of chilled Carlsberg.

LUX were thrilled to be asked to supply the power to allow the tree to shine. Since we have a range of silent generators, this was perfect for powering discreetly. We also provided the lighting that adorned the tree.
