We love working together to produce incredible results and ensure we make the process as enjoyable as possible for everybody involved. Peter Gibbons

Managing Director

Peter founded the business in 2009 and continues to play an active role across every area of the company.

With a background spanning technical production, immersive installations and live events, he remains closely involved with the day-to-day running of the business operations but always has an eye on the bigger picture. Peter is passionate about building a creative, people-focused company that continues to evolve and grow.

Fraser

Fraser Norton

Head of Commercial Partnerships

Fraser is a natural relationship builder who thrives on connecting with people and creating long-lasting partnerships. Working closely with clients, agencies, and collaborators, he helps develop meaningful relationships across the industry and supports projects throughout their delivery.

As part of our Senior Leadership Team, Fraser’s approachable nature and genuine care for people play a big part in both our client relationships and the culture within the business.

Duncan

Duncan Westbrook

Head of Production & Hire

Duncan brings a focused and measured approach to the fast-moving world of technical production. Heading up our Production & Hire departments, he oversees project delivery, logistics, team coordination, along with our dry hire commitments and quotations.

A valued member of our Senior Leadership Team, Duncan plays a key role in shaping the operational direction of the business and supporting its continued growth.

Thom

Thom Quemby

Head of Design

Thom is a true creative at heart, he has a passion for bold ideas, emerging technology and beautifully considered design. He leads the development of conceptual and technical designs across a wide range of our projects.

Thom also manages our creative technology briefs and as a member of our Senior Leadership Team, Thom brings energy, curiosity, and has a sharp eye for detail.

Andy

Andy White

Project Manager

Andy adds decades of live event and production experience to the team, with a background spanning sound engineering, technical production and corporate AV. After founding WhitePD in 2016, he joined LUX following its acquisition in 2024.

Andy offers extensive technical expertise and has an obsessive attention to detail, he also supports our fabrication team with rather creative solutions to scenic briefs.

Rob

Rob Harvey

Design Consultant

Rob has been part of the business since the very beginning, joining Peter in 2010. Now working as a Design Consultant, he supports complex projects with a particular focus on immersive technology, programming and technical problem solving.

Combining creative thinking with deep technical knowledge, Rob continues to play an important role in developing innovative solutions across a wide range of productions and installations.

Jane MacDonald

Financial Director 

Jane leads our financial strategy, overseeing group finance reviews, forecasting, and budget planning.

Her forward-thinking approach ensures we remain on track, financially strong, and able to invest in the cutting-edge equipment that keeps our creative offering fresh and ever-expanding.

Helen Webster

Finance & Administration Manager

Helen has been a key part of the business for over a decade, overseeing the financial and administrative side of the company. As Finance & Administration Manager, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting the wider team, suppliers, and clients alike. Friendly, dependable and approachable, Helen is hugely valued by the team.

Olivia McCormack

Business Support Manager 

Olivia plays a vital role in keeping the business organised, connected, and running smoothly day-to-day. As Business Support Manager, she supports multiple areas of the company with a proactive and highly organised approach, helping keep both projects and people on track.

Friendly, approachable, and always willing to help, Olivia is highly valued member of the team.

Dave Imrie

Project Manager

Dave brings a calm and highly experienced approach to technical production, with expertise spanning lighting, video, and audio disciplines. Joining the team as an experienced Technical Manager, he previously led teams of technicians within venue environments, bringing a wealth of live event knowledge and leadership experience with him.

With a strong background in theatre and live performance, Dave combines technical expertise with creativity.

Maddy

Maddy Tobin

Production Administrator 

Maddy is at the centre of the day to day coordination that keeps projects moving across the business. Maddy manages our freelance teams and project logistics, helping keep schedules, staffing, and operations organised behind the scenes.

Friendly, proactive, and highly organised, Maddy helps ensure projects continue to run smoothly from planning through to delivery.

Brendan Davies

Project Manager

Brendan brings a creative and technically minded approach to project delivery, with a background in music production and recording shaping his understanding of audio and live experiences.

Brendan supports projects across a wide range of markets, combining technical knowledge with a passion for creating polished and engaging results.Thoughtful, approachable, and detail-focused, we were delighted to welcome Brendan to our team in 2026.

Operations Manager

Tom plays a key role in keeping the operational side of the business running smoothly, ensuring we are compliant and working in a safe environment. Tom oversees our warehouse operations, logistics and internal processes – he ensures equipment, people and projects are all where they need to be.

Organised, dependable and hands-on in his approach, Tom is a hugely important part of keeping the business efficient behind the scenes.

Phoebe plays a key role in keeping the warehouse organised, efficient, and running smoothly day to day.

Our Warehouse Co-ordinator, she supports the preparation and movement of equipment across both production and hire projects, helping ensure everything is where it needs to be at the right time.

Friendly, approachable, and always bringing a smile to the team, Phoebe is a crucial part of the team behind the scenes.

Matt

Matt Randle

Service Engineer

Matt brings a huge amount of technical knowledge and problem-solving expertise to the team, with a particular strength in electronics and detailed equipment repair.

Supporting the maintenance and servicing of our hire and production equipment, he plays a key role in keeping systems operating reliably behind the scenes, while also assisting with complex technical installations on site. Methodical, highly skilled, and naturally inquisitive, Matt is trusted with many of the more complex technical challenges within the business.

Fabrication Technician

Oliver is a skilled and creative member of our fabrication team, helping bring ideas to life through practical build solutions and scenic elements.

Oliver supports the production of bespoke set pieces, installations and technical builds across a wide range of projects. Detail-focused and always willing to get stuck in, Oliver plays an important role in turning concepts into reality.

Lucy is a vital member of our digital team, combining creativity and technical expertise on immersive event design briefs. Her detailed, visually striking plans act as the blueprint for flawless execution of every client project.

Kelechi Anyanwu

Fabrication Assistant

Kelechi combines precision with a strong work ethic. Assisting our Fabrication Team he has a varied role which includes building, painting and wrapping flats, working with bespoke panels and other general warehouse duties.

Known for always having a big smile on his face, Kelechi supports the efficient running of operations while supporting the team with his positive, can-do attitude.

Stewart

Stewart Duckworth

Service Technician

Stewart plays a key role in keeping our equipment maintained, compliant and ready for delivery. Joining LUX in 2013 following the acquisition of Chameleon Pro Audio & Lighting, he brings a huge amount of industry knowledge and experience to the team.

As a Service Engineer, Stewart oversees a large amount of our equipment maintenance and PAT testing, helping ensure everything leaving the warehouse meets the highest standards.

Adrian

Adrian Hill

Warehouse Technician

Adrian brings a strong background in live events and venue operations to the team, having previously managed a technical department within a local venue environment.

As a Warehouse Technician, he plays an important role in preparing and maintaining equipment, while spending a large amount of time keeping our extensive cable stock organised, cleaned, and ready for deployment. Reliable and hardworking, Adrian helps keep the warehouse running smoothly behind the scenes.

Martin Clark

Service Technician

Martin plays an important role in keeping our equipment and infrastructure show-ready behind the scenes. Joining the team following the acquisition of WhitePD, he supports equipment maintenance and preparation across the business, while also building and repairing a huge amount of the custom cabling used throughout our productions and hire stock.

Highly skilled and detail-focused, Martin’s work helps ensure reliability across every project we deliver.

Alfie

Alfie Burrows

Production Technician

Alfie brings energy, patience, and a positive attitude to the team. He supports equipment prep and de-prep across our warehouse sites and plays a key role on-site as a production technician, always stepping in where he’s needed and delivering with enthusiasm.

Callum

Callum Hickey

Carpentry & Warehouse Technician

Callum brings years of operational and warehouse experience, making him a trusted and versatile member of our team. He supports our carpentry and woodworking department, helping to design, craft, and finish bespoke stage flats, platforms, and a wide range of custom event materials — from stage backdrops to tailored comfort monitor screen hides — ensuring every piece meets the highest standards.

Jake Cooper-Green

Warehouse Technician 

Jake supports the prep and de-prep of our stage decks, panels and drapes. He also assists our fabrications department and helps to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
