Express AV is ideal for events requiring microphones, speakers, TVs and/or projectors, lighting, and even small-scale staging solutions. For hybrid events, we can seamlessly integrate live streaming capabilities, allowing delegates to connect from anywhere in the world.

Express AV is a fast-turnaround rental service, underpinned by expert, plain-English advice and proven technical and logistical support – providing clients with the right equipment and support, where and when they need it.
Service options:
To help clients identify the service best suited to their needs, we have organised Express AV into three straightforward options: Drop-off & collect, Deliver, install, breakdown & collect, and Full event-support.
Drop-off & collect
Door-to-door delivery and collection service.
Equipment is clearly labelled and delivered in protective flight cases with accompanying setup instructions. Clients are responsible for setup, installation, and repacking prior to collection from the drop-off point.
Ideal for clients who require only minimal equipment – such as a TV, speakers, and the necessary cabling to connect to a computer or set-top box – and who have the technical knowledge to install and operate the system themselves.
Deliver, install,
breakdown & collect
We deliver, install, and configure the equipment, connect any ancillary devices such as laptops, and provide your team with a full operational run-through ahead of the event.Afterwards, we handle the breakdown, repacking, and removal of all equipment, leaving the venue exactly as we found it.
Ideal for presentations, press conferences, training sessions, and screenings where systems can be operated confidently by your internal team once installed.
Full event-support
We take care of everything, leaving you free to focus on your event.
We deliver, install, and configure all equipment in advance, ensuring everything is fully prepared ahead of time. Our technicians manage all technical aspects throughout the event. Afterwards, we handle the breakdown, repacking, and removal of all equipment, leaving the venue exactly as we found it.
Ideal for events where you want to create a greater sense of theatre and impact through lighting effects, audio cues, and video transitions.

Our core Express AV services are complemented by three supplemental offerings – Live Streaming, Custom Branding, and Rapid Response – giving clients the flexibility to tailor our services to their specific event requirements.
Live Streaming
Professional live streaming support for hybrid events, enabling remote presenters to join panel discussions and virtual delegates to participate in live Q&A sessions*1.
Custom Branding
Our Custom Branding service provides in-house production of bespoke backdrops, vinyl wraps, and branding for ancillary elements such as lecterns, signage, registration desks, and display panels.
Rapid-Response
Designed for clients requiring urgent technical support, Rapid Response offers both same-day and next-day delivery and deployment services.

Express AV is designed to make booking professional AV simple, straightforward, and stress-free – especially for non-technical clients.
We provide clear, plain-English advice to help identify the right equipment and support package, without unnecessary jargon or complexity. We then prepare a clear proposal outlining equipment, scheduling, logistics, support requirements, and costs*2.
Once approved, all equipment is thoroughly tested, preconfigured where possible, and carefully packed ahead of your event to minimise setup time and reduce on-site disruption.
*2 Planning: depending on the complexity of the event, we may conduct a site visit or review venue floorplans before preparing a proposal and costs.
