Earlier this year, we were delighted to be named SafeHire Event Hire Company of the Year 2026 (Hire Turnover under 3 million).
Having been shortlisted for the award in 2024 but narrowly missing out, receiving the recognition this year felt particularly rewarding and provided an opportunity to reflect on how far we’ve come as a business.
What makes this achievement even more special is the way we were nominated. In a first for the awards, we didn’t submit an entry ourselves. Instead, we were nominated by the independent auditors who carried out our annual SafeHire audit, having been impressed by the standards, systems and processes they encountered across the business. For us, that makes the award especially meaningful, as the nomination came directly from the people responsible for assessing best practice within the hire industry.
We’ve been members of the Event Hire Association since 2019 and have always viewed SafeHire accreditation as much more than a compliance exercise. The annual audit process encourages us to continually review, refine and improve the way we operate.
Since being nominated in 2024, we’ve continued to invest across the business. From expanding our warehouse facilities and strengthening our management team to investing in training, health and safety, equipment management and operational processes, our goal has remained the same: providing clients with a reliable, professional and well-managed service.
This award recognises the work that happens behind the scenes every day. It’s a reflection of the commitment shown by our warehouse teams, project managers, technicians, engineers and support staff who work hard to maintain the high standards our clients expect.
While we’re incredibly proud of the recognition, we see it as motivation to keep improving. The events industry continues to evolve, and we’re committed to investing in our people, facilities and equipment to ensure we continue delivering safe, reliable and professional solutions for our clients.
